Baccalaureate is an honored tradition showcasing Seniors’ reflections of their days at Deep Run. While graduation reflects their academic achievements, the Baccalaureate ceremony offers a quieter, more intimate opportunity to pause and reflect on this rite of passage through heartfelt songs, poems and original speeches performed by our Seniors.
We have invited a faculty and community keynote speaker who will offer advice to our Seniors as we celebrate their high school experiences with hopeful expectation of their bright futures.
The ceremony will last approximately one hour with a small reception following in the Commons. Please be sure to include this Day of Reflection in your graduation festivities.
We encourage you to ask your Senior to consider participating by filling out and returning the Student Interest Form by (Date: TBA). Copies of the form will also be available in the main office in the Spring 2022.
