Corporate Match - Your employer might match your charitable contribution to a non-profit like the DRHS PTSO!

Volunteer Grant - If you volunteer with us, your employer may also provide us with a grant to recognize your ongoing support.

In just three steps…

  1. Contact your HR or Benefits Department/Portal to determine if your company has a matching program.  Ask about “Matching Funds” for “501(c)(3)” charitable organization.

  2. Complete the necessary form/ online request. Use our name and contact information given in FAQs to establish our account.

  3. Submit the form/request as outlined in the instructions.

  2. What is volunteer grant program? In volunteer grant programs companies provide monetary donations to organizations where their employees volunteer regularly.

  4. How do I request a corporate match or volunteer grant? Requesting a matching gift or volunteer grant is normally a simple process, initiated by the donor / volunteer. You can do this through an electronic submission process or by filling out and submitting a paper match form provided by your employer. Consult your HR or Benefits Portal for your company’s program details and instructions.

  5. Do these benefit my employer? Definitely. Employers are happy to do these for two reasons. It gets them tax deductions and an opportunity to be good corporate citizens.

  6. When should I apply for corporate match? As soon as you make your donation. Some companies distribute corporate match funds right away, while others process them once a quarter. Some companies have strict time constraints within which employees are required to submit corporate match applications. If your company offers corporate match, please apply for it right away.

  7. What if the DRHS PTSO is not on my company’s list? Adding Deep Run High School PTSO to the list of organizations eligible for corporate match is usually a quick and easy process. You might need the following information:
